Kidney Health In Aging and Aged Societies: JSN/ERA Symposium in Collaboration with JSDT is planned as an in-person event, with select sessions being made available on-demand after the congress for fully registered delegates.

By registering for the meeting, participants understand that this symposium is designed exclusively for qualified medical professionals, and that, in line with current health care industry regulations, he or she confirms being qualified to access this symposium.

*1 Members of the Japanese Society of Nephrology, the European Renal Association, and the Japanese Society for Dialysis Therapy.

*2 Others include basic researcher, scholar in the other field, and private company member.

*3 In order to benefit from the Young Professional fee, applicants must be doctors in training for Nephrology and be under 35 years old. They need to upload their valid ID scanned from both sides.

*4 Junior residents, usually within 2 years of obtaining a medical license or equivalent, are required to present a certificate from their department head. Please note that senior residents should register under the Young Professional category, as they are not included in the Junior resident, and medical major undergraduate student.

*5 In order to benefit from the student fee applicants must be full-time students at the time of the Symposium and need to upload their valid student ID card scanned from both sides or a letter from their university department as a proof of their student status. Post doctorate students are not eligible for this rate.

*6 Nurse, Clinical engineer, Medical technologist, Nutritionist, Pharmacist and other Allied Health Care Staff are requested to submit the official document of the status from the department chief.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or regular), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.

*7 Accompanying person(s) are allowed access to the venue and the welcome reception, which takes place on September 14th. However, they are not eligible to attend the scientific programs, including the poster session and industry seminars. Main participants must be fully registered for the symposium, and accompanying person registration should be completed at the time of the main participant's registration. Name badges for accompanying person(s) should be collected at the same time as the main participant's onsite check-in.

Registration Procedure

To register for the Symposium, please click the Register Online button below.

To create your registration account, confirm your E-mail address by sending an E-mail to our registration system. You will receive an E-mail and access the URL in the mail to continue the account registration process. After you made an account, please finalize the process and complete the payment of registration. Upon completion of the payment, an immediate confirmation e-mail, including ID and Password to access the ”My page”, will be sent.

Please note that an individual ID and password will be given to each e-mail, and group registration will not be available.

Method of payment

Registration fees must be paid in JPY by credit card. If there is a problem with credit card payment, please contact the secretariat office.

Credit Card

For credit card payments, please use the Online Payment System. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Diners, JCB, AMEX, Discover.

*The name of "NEXT Registration" will be indicated in your credit card payment statement.

※Please note that UnionPay (銀聯) is NOT available.

Receipt of registration fee

The receipt will be able to downloaded from “My page” of the registration system after the completion of the payment.

Cancellations and refunds

No cancellations will be accepted except for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as disasters.

Name change

Since an individual ID and password is given to each e-mail and name, name change and/or replacement request is not acceptable.

In case you wish to change, you need to cancel the existing registration and make a new account and registration.

Letter of invitation

This letter is provided to assist participants in obtaining funds or approval for absence. It does not imply a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any support, financial or otherwise. A letter of invitation will be available only to registered delegates who have completed payment of their registration fees. The 'Invitation Letter' can be downloaded from the 'My Page' section of the registration system starting in late April.
